A dog has been stolen from a Preston pub.

Update: Coco was found safe and well on Monday evening according to Preston Police

The ‘treasured family pet’ was taken from the city centre at approximately 10.30am on Monday (20 March).

Preston Police have issued an appeal for information after Coco was taken from the Station Hotel in Butler Street.

They say the family is ‘devastated’ by the suspected theft.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 and quote log 0426 of 20/03/2017.
