Bumper left impaled on a Fishergate bollard

Once more Preston’s Fishergate bollards have been sent flying.

One of the original bollard’s fellow concrete plinths was rolling down the hill on Friday morning.

And this time it kept a piece of bumper with it.

Prestonians were quick to ask the Fishergate Bollard Twitter account if it was okay following the latest prang.

Since the shared space and new layout was introduced to Fishergate the bollards have been regularly sent tumbling.

The incident during Friday (24 March) morning left the bollard outside the Old Vic pub.
