A Preston firm has maintained its place as one of the best small companies to work for in the UK.
The Sunday Times list has ranked lawyers Harrison Drury at 37th this year – up one place on last year.
Based in Winckley Square the law firm has a wellbeing consultant working with its employees and launched a new company intranet in the past 12 months.
The list is compiled using a number of factors looking at how good companies treat their employees.
Managing director John Chesworth said: “We were so proud to make the list in 2016. We’ve been told that retaining your place in the top 100 is even harder than getting there, so we’re thrilled to have made it even higher up the list this year.
“We believe that if our employees feel valued and enjoy working at Harrison Drury they will look after our clients better. It’s how we continue growing as a business.”
