A missing woman last seen in Preston city centre has triggered a police appeal.

Update: Police said on Sunday (26 February) she has been found safe and well after contacting her family

Kirsty Holt, from Colne, has been missing for more than a month.

The 28-year-old was last seen on Wednesday 18 January.

Police say she is thought to be in the Preston area and is usually in regular contact with her family.

Kirsty is described as white, 5’3″, slim, with blonde shoulder length hair.

She usually wears casual clothing such as t-shirt, jeans and knee length boots.

A police spokesman said: “We would urge Kirsty to make contact with us or her family so that we can be sure she is safe. Similarly, if anyone has seen Kirsty please get in touch with us.”
