A 42-year-old man arrested in connection with the death of a teenager is to remain on bail.
AdvertisementThe driver of a BMW at the time of the collision answered a bail date on Monday (27 February) but has seen his bail date extended once more as Lancashire Police continue to investigate.
Dylan Crossey, 15, died in hospital in October after the collision in Chainhouse Lane.
The driver of the BMW, from New Longton, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and drink driving.
He has now been bailed pending further enquiries until Monday 8 May.
