This might be Preston’s strangest Christmas video effort yet – as a dog flies over the city while taking a BMW on a test drive.

Staff at Bowker BMW at Preston Docks star in the festive fun and there’s some familiar scenes as the car makes its way over the city.

Footage shot by a drone provides the high-definition footage with a great view of the city’s Marina.

And there’s a soundtrack thanks to the staff with ‘Lovin Every Minute Of It’ by Canadian rockers Loverboy chosen by the team.

Bowker’s marketing manager Amy Lancaster said: “This year’s Christmas video has been an epic collaboration and our most ambitious video project yet. Fortunately, staff and friends of the dealerships all joined forces. We couldn’t have done it without their help.

“We think the result is one of the best ever. We hope everyone enjoys it and has a wonderful Christmas.”

Bernise mountain dogs star in the video, with six of them used altogether.

Clitheroe’s GB Pentathlete Samantha Murray; the Sir Tom Finney Soccer Centre, PNE Community and Education Trust and Junior Miss Lancashire Galaxy Cordelia Wood all make cameo appearances.
