Preston man wanted after failing to attend court over robbery charge

Police are looking for a Preston man wanted in connection with a robbery at a Post Office in Lancashire.


Jason Yarwood, 40, was due to appear at Burnley Crown Court after being charged with conspiracy to steal.

It followed a robbery in Rishton High Street in June last year.

He failed to attend court on Thursday 24 November and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

DI Simon Upton of Lancashire Police said: “A warrant has been issued for Yarwood’s arrest and enquiries are on-going to find him. I would urge anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.”
