Fiesta Bombarda

Fiesta Bombarda’s Tundra Carnival comes to Preston tomorrow.

The event will be held at Preston Guild Hall’s newest music venue Live which is housed in what used to be the Foyer of the building.

Performing at the event will be Riot Jazz and Jeramiah Ferrari who have both earned strong reputations as live acts.

There will also be performances from Dirty Bare Feet, Pinstripe Pigeon Band and The Beatnik Collective.

As a promotion to get people in early to support the local acts, all tickets allow you to bring a friend for free before 9.30pm.

Organisers Danny Morris and Sam Garlic have spoken about why they think you should attend.

They said: “Riot Jazz and Jeramiah Ferrari are two of the best live bands on the circuit, coupled with some fantastic local acts, guest DJs and our immersive carnival set design, it’s set to be one of the biggest Preston events this year!

“We’ll also have face painters on hand to offer festive Fiesta colours and plenty more surprises in store!”

They also provided a bit of background regarding what the event is.

They added: “Fiesta Bombarda is a vibrant event that travels across the UK, taking some of the world’s best Afrobeat, Brass and Reggae bands to the best venues and most unique spaces we can think of.

“Whether it’s a Cathedral carnival or Palm House party, we aim to blur the line between the live music and club scene by combining bands, set design, visuals, interactive stalls and an all-round festival-esque experience.

Who says you can’t dance to a 10-piece brass band at 2am?!”

Tickets are available at a discounted rate of £5 or £10 standard price by going here.
