A collection of Preston bands are joining forces to help the city’s homeless this Christmas.
Moon & The Beams, Porter & May and George Harris & The Memory Makers take over upstairs at The Adelphi.
Branded as the Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh gig there will be a collection of food and clothing donations for The Foxton Centre – based in Preston city centre.
David Shurr, singer in Moon & The Beams, says: “The idea is for this gig to be an antidote to Mad Friday. We hope it gives the audience chance to get away from the madness and consumerism, and be part of helping Preston’s most vulnerable people this Christmas time.”
