Three men, pictured, are wanted by police in connection with the incident

Three men are being hunted after a man was left with head injuries in a nightclub attack.

In what Preston Police are describing as ‘a shocking and brutal attack’ a 30-year-old Preston man was attacked in the now closed nightclub Cameo.

The Market Street club has now closed its doors but on Tuesday 18 October at 3am a man was left unconscious.

He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital and treated for head and facial injuries.

Police have now released CCTV pictures of three men they wish to speak to in connection with the investigation.

Detective Constable Richard Clancy of Preston CID: “This was a shocking and brutal attack which left the victim with serious head and facial injuries.

“This man was assaulted in a busy nightclub and we want to find those responsible.

“We are particularly keen to speak to these men following the incident and would urge anyone who recognises them to contact police immediately.”
