A Preston family have been given the worst possible news as we head into the festive season.
Little Pippa Cole has seen her cancer return.
She’s beaten cancer TWICE but now the Preston four-year-old faces another battle with the disease.
Her parents released a statement explaining a new scan showed an inoperable tumour is growing on her brain stem.
Michelle and Scott posted on Facebook: “Yes Pippa’s cancer is terminal and we have no conventional treatment left to use.
“We haven’t been given a lot of time left with Pippa but we are praying to have one last Christmas together.”

They said doctor’s had talked about removing the tumour but it was ‘too bedded in’ and they could only remove around a fifth of it – to give Pippa two more weeks.
She is due to begin a trial at Manchester Children’s Hospital of a new type of chemotherapy.
In late July the family revealed Pippa had beaten her tumour after a three year battle – but now the cancer has returned.
