A crash closed a major road in Preston near a mini retail park.

Preston Police say a collision at the junction of Deepdale Road and the mini-round with Osbourne Way in Deepdale is causing gridlock.

The mini retail park includes Home Bargains.

Preston Bus diverted the 6/6A and 19 services via St Paul’s Road and St George’s Road.

Two vehicles are involved in the collision.

The incident happened shortly before 10am on Friday (18 November). The road reopened at 10.50am.
