Watch as Flying Scotsman thunders through Preston

One of the most famous steam trains in the world came through Preston on Tuesday.

Cadley Causeway bridge was the place to get a great view of the Flying Scotsman making its way northwards on the West Coast Main Line.

Gary Cunliffe was in position along with many other trainspotters just after mid-day.

The Scotsman is making its tours around the UK attracting large crowds to stations, and it was no different at Preston.

It follows the steaming through of the Cumbrian Mountain Express in July.
