Furniture Village is now open at Preston
A new furniture shop has opened at a retail park on the outskirts of Preston.
Furniture Village has taken over what used to be the Comet store at the Capitol Centre.
The largest independent furniture retailer in the UK cut the ribbon on the 14,000 square foot store during Saturday (1 October).
Ten full-time jobs have been created as part of the store opening and it will stock brands including Parker Knoll, Natuzzi and G Plan.

“It’s a very exciting time, and we are delighted to launch in such a fantastic retail space.”
The home store chain first opened in Oxfordshire in 1989.
