Ever had to stay at your Nan’s for a night?
That’s the inspiration for David Walliam’s hit novel Gangsta Granny and it’s now being turned into a play.
Charter Theatre at Preston Guild Hall is hosting the stage play from the producers of the Horrible Histories series.
David Walliams said: “I am over the moon that ‘Gangsta Granny’ is coming to the stage. It’s the most popular of all my books and I am sure this production by the brilliant Birmingham Stage Company will delight not just children but their parents and of course grandparents.”
