AdvertisementLancashire Police say the collision between a blue Fiat Punto and the lorry left a woman with bruising and whiplash.
The 59-year-old woman from West Yorkshire was also treated for shock.

The Fiat spun and hit the nearside barrier due to the collision with the wagon.
Road Policing Officer PC Glen Hilton said: “It is shocking to think that any driver, particularly someone driving a HGV, would not stop after colliding with a much smaller car.
“I am trying to piece together exactly what happened and how this collision came to occur so I need any witnesses to come forward.
“If you were driving the wagon or know who was, please make contact with us. Similarly, if you saw something that could help, I would appreciate you getting in touch.”
An 18-month old girl and a four year old boy were uninjured in the collision.
