With sweltering temperatures it’s been a glorious day for the annual dragon boat racing at Preston Docks.
AdvertisementTeams from businesses across the city and surrounding area have been competing.
Organised by North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce this year’s dragon boats are to mark the 100th anniversary of the business group.
Benny Mc’Nally was down at the Docks on Sunday morning to capture the first crews making their way onto the water.
With temperatures between 25 to 26 degrees on land it certainly was the cooler place to be.
And Tony Worrall also got his shades on to snap the action
