Watch near miss for cyclist in Fishergate Hill

The footage shows how close Stephen Melling was to being knocked off his bike.
As he comes down Fishergate Hill a black car can be seen beginning to move out from the side road opposite West Cliff.
Mr Melling posted the footage on Facebook saying ‘drivers do not pay enough attention’ as the clip shows he came within milimetres of being knocked to the ground.

He was on his way from Grimsargh to Tarleton.
