Russell Watson is too ill to perform original date

The cancelled Russell Watson show at the Charter Theatre in Preston Guild Hall has now been successfully rescheduled.

The new date for the show is Wednesday, August 3.

If you have a ticket but are unable to make the new date you will be offered a refund.

A statement from Russell Watson’s team reads: “We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.”

The original show was set to take place on Wednesday, May 18 but organisers were forced to cancel because Watson was suffering from a virus.
