Preston’s Sikh community will bring a splash of orange to the streets of the city with their annual parade.
The Nagar Kirtan sees the Sikh’s holy scripture carried on a route from Deepdale to the city centre and back.
An hour’s celebration takes place on the Flag Market as part of the procession.
Sikh martial arts, traditional foods and processional singing are all part of the Nagar.
