An investigation by police into an armed raid on a pub continues after a 22-year-old was released without charge.
AdvertisementRegulars at the Fleece Inn in Penwortham were enjoying a Bank Holiday weekend drink when a man entered a staff area at the pub and threatened one worker with a handgun.
A Preston man had been arrested on suspicion of robbery and and bailed until Wednesday 18 May. No charges were brought following his arrest.
Preston Police said he had now been released without charge and they were continuing to appeal for witnesses.
