These industrial units in Mercer Street may be getting a new lease of life
A second trampoline park is due to open in Preston by the end of the year.
Aysha Gurgee is working on converting a building in Mercer Street, Fishwick, into the indoor trampoline park.
The 30-year-old from Ashton-on-Ribble said there was room for another trampoline attraction.
She said: “We think competition is healthy. Preston attracts thousands of people from all over, why are trampoline parks any different from childrens play centres? There are many play centres in and around Preston.”
Inside what will be the trampoline park
The new venue would hold between 150-200 people and Ms Gurgee said the location, off New Hall Lane, had been picked due to its ease of access.
AirMania Trampoline Parks, as it will be named, is to be open from 9.30am to 11pm.
