A Preston chef had a tongue-tingling experience to raise money for the St Catherine’s Hospice.
To add to Carl Redman’s pain he was filmed as he took on eating the world’s hottest chillis in his Pot Noodle.
Carl added six different super hot chillis, including the Fatalli Gourmet Jigsaw, to his lunch.
He said: “This is going to be a bad boy. I’ve done some chilli challenges before and this is absolute extreme.
“I’ve been a volunteer chef for 15 months. The charity does great work for the community.”
After the challenge he was filmed rapidly drinking milk and sweating profusely.
So far he’s raised £160 for the hospice through his Justgiving page.
