An eight-year-old girl not seen since late January could be in Preston.
The Missing People charity has launched an appeal to trace Shariah Agyeman.
They are concerned for her welfare and believe Shariah is with her mother Yukiko Kato in the Lancashire area. Her mother is Japanese.
Shariah was last seen on Thursday 28 January.
A statement from Missing People says: “Shariah we are here for you whenever you are ready, we can listen, talk you through what help you need, pass a message for you and help you to be safe.”
Anyone with information on Shariah’s whereabouts is asked to call or text 116 000, or email 116000@missingpeople.co.uk – there’s a missing persons poster available to download which you can share.
You can also call 101 and ask to be put through to the Metropolitan Police.
