Building bungalows is the answer to getting a previously rejected mini housing estate past city planners, according to developers.
AdvertisementPudding Pie Nook Lane in Goosnargh has seen controversial plans for 24 homes resubmitted.
PWA Planning, acting on behalf of Mr Falagoza, has applied for permission to build on farmland off Whittingham Lane.
A previous plan for 26 homes was refused by councillors in August 2015.
The new plans, which are applied for in outline permission, split the development into one third bungalows, one third affordable homes and one third starter homes.
PWA also state their have addresses access to the site, which was raised as an issue last summer.
The land sits behind a garden centre in a rural area of Preston.
The full plans are available to view on the city council website, and anyone wishing to comment can do so there.
