Hundreds of clubs, individuals and those who work behind the scenes for the city sports teams came together to recognise the best in the city.

The City of Preston Gymnastics Club opened the night with a performance, before a guest speech from Craig Heap, a Commonwealth Games gold winning gymnast, fired everyone up.

Tony Rigby from Preston Table Tennis Association received a lifetime achievement award for more than 50 years of involvement in developing table tennis across the city.
