Preston flooding: Lea junction sees motorists and pedestrians struggle with flood water

Motorists are being warned to slow down at a busy Preston junction due to floodwater.
Where Greaves Town Lane meets Blackpool Road in Lea has a problem with blocked drains.
Emma Caffrey tweeted Blog Preston a photo on Tuesday morning to say the water was too deep to pass on foot over the junction.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said they had not been called out to the area at this stage.

Preston has seen heavy rain overnight with a flood alert in place for parts of the River Ribble and River Darwen.
