Legendary singer coming to Preston

The legendary performer Lulu will be coming to Preston on her next tour.

The Grammy-nominated singer is to perform at the Guild Hall on Friday, April 8.

Lulu said: “2015 has been an exceptional year for me, in a 50-year career.

“From performing at Glastonbury, releasing my first self-penned album and touring the UK, solo with my fabulous band for the first time in 10 years.

“I had so much fun, I’ve decided to get back out there to do it again in March 2016, and I can’t wait!”

As well as her own hits, such as The Man Who Sold The World, Relight My Fire and Shout, she will be performing songs from her favourite heroes such as Ray Charles and Otis Redding.

There will also be lots of talking recalling her musical journey will anecdotes and experiences.
