Avenham Park will have a one, three and six mile course available to runners.

The swimathon has distances of 1.5k, 2.5k and 5k to be swum.

Entering the Sport Relief mile is £7 for adults, £3 for children and £17 for a family. The event starts from 10am, with staggered starts for each distance.
