Wade Barrett trains with PNE
Wade Barrett is rumoured to be leaving WWE this summer.
Barrett, real name Stu Bennett, has decided not to renew his existing contract when it expires.
This comes according to online wrestling news sources who note there is still time for Bennett to change his mind.
The Preston brawler joined WWE in 2007 following an early career that included bare-knuckle boxing and wrestling in the UK.
Following his time in development at WWE, Barrett joined the televised shows and was in the main event five pay-per-views in 2010.
I unexpectedly received a lot of very nice messages from people today. Thank you to everyone who took the time to write some kind words.

Since then he has won the Intercontinental Championship on five occasions but is said to feel like his career has come to a standstill following a run of losses.
He has also changed his Twitter name from Wade Barrett back to his real name.
Bennett is a lifelong Preston North End fan and has visited the squad to train with them when WWE tours the UK as well as inviting the squad onto the stage with him.
His possible release would likely lead him to wrestle with other companies, opening up the possibility of an appearance at Preston based PCW.
I’ll comment further at a more appropriate time, but for now I’m 100% focused on doing my job for @WWE. See you at #FastLane on Sunday.
