A keen Preston cyclist is asking for help to trace his stolen bike.

The specialist bike was taken from Adam Howard’s home in Higher Penwortham.

The 32-year-old is appealing for any information leading to the return of his treasured Italian wheels.

The specs for his bike, worth more than £1,000, are a 54cm Colnago air carbon alloy with Zipp 60 wheels and pro logo saddle.

It has continental tyres, 105 group set and is white and black in colour.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lancashire Police on 101 and quote reference SA1602261.
