A burglar who stole from an iconic church in Preston has been jailed.
Preston Police say Lee Wilson, 37, of no fixed abode, was sentenced at Preston Crown Court on Thursday 25 February.
He was jailed for a total of two years for two burglaries.
The first in St Walburge’s Church and Presbytery in Autumn last year he received 15 months for.
A further nine months was received for a burglary at the University of Central Lancashire’s Whistlestop cafe at the sports arena in Tom Benson Way.
