Rockprest returns!

Rockprest will return to Preston at Moor Park in 2016 after a successful debut year.

The two day event features tribute bands on the main stage with local acts performing elsewhere on an outdoor stage.

In 2015, the festival was free with punters having to pay just a booking fee to get through the doors.

The festival has been confirmed to return this year. The dates for the festival will be Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3.

The news prompted a positive response from users on Facebook.

One person said: “This was brilliant last year- best wishes for another great live music event.”

Another commented: “Defo going again this year.”

Meanwhile many tagged their friends or commented tribute acts that they’d love to see at the festival.
