Snow on the Ribble

The beauty of snow falling has been captured by Preston photographers out and about on Saturday afternoon.


As Preston was sprinkled with up to 2cm of snow in places we’ve been taking a look through some of your pictures.

Szilveszter Gajdacs was out and about in Fishwick when the snow began to fall.


His camera picks out the fine detail of the snowflakes as they drift down.


BMX riders continue amongst the snow fall and there’s a tranquil look given to many parts of the nature reserve.



Kate Dickens was in Avenham and Miller Park.


She saw the Japanese Garden getting a new white coat.
