Mr Mackenzie, 52, of North Promenade, Thornton Cleveleys, was seen at Royal Blackburn Hospital at 1.15pm on Monday 18 January.

Police say he was then seen in the Church Street area of Preston around 8.55pm on the same day.

PC Calum Aldridge-Roberts said: “We are concerned about Neil’s welfare as he hasn’t been seen for some time. I would appeal to anyone who sees him or knows where he might be to get in touch with us. I’d also urge Neil himself, if he sees this appeal, to contact us to let us know he is okay.”
