Man talked down from Market Hall car park after threatening to jump

Lancashire Police talked down a man from the roof of Market Hall car park on Sunday.

The man, aged 35, was threatening to jump at around 10.45am on January 10 resulting in police gathering on the Ringway.

Police confirm the man was convinced to come down after approximately twenty minutes.
