While visiting Preston Christmas Market you can log onto free WiFi.
Preston City Council has unveiled access to the Internet while on the Flag Market.
When visiting the area you’ll be able to get into the network through your Facebook or Twitter details, or by filling in a short form.
Each time you visit it will be logged in automatically.

The city council is running the WiFi in partnership with HM Networks and Boundless Communications, as a pilot scheme. The set up costs have been paid for by the council.

Councillor Afrin, executive member for culture and leisure services said: “It is great to see yet another element added to what Preston has to offer this Christmas.
“Using Preston based shops, restaurants, and bars is a simple, yet important way to help the local economy. Whether it is for your Christmas shopping, meeting up with friends or family, or just running a few errands, choose Preston and do your bit.”
It is not known how far the WiFi area stretches, other than around the Flag Market.
