Hi! It’s me again, Silly Billy.

Well, what a week it has been, talk about all go! I’ve been rehearsing all week with the fabulous and beautiful people of the Sleeping Beauty panto cast. Oh boy, have we been getting so tired! In fact, I became so exhausted towards the end of this week that I just flopped on the stage of the Charter Theatre. But guess what? The Good Fairy just waved her magic wand and I jumped up and was full of energy again! Well, that’s not quite true, as what really happened was, that horrible Maleficent crept up behind me and popped a balloon and nearly made me jump out of my skin! One thing is for certain though, I wasn’t very tired after that and everyone fell about and laughed at me being so startled – it was funny though!

We have only one week left now to rehearse for the opening night on 7 December and I must really get on with the job. Meanwhile, I have to tell you that I’m so excited now that the panto is so near. What with that and only three weeks to Christmas, it makes me feel so happy that I could jump over the moon, although I have to admit that the cow beat me to it! You know, hey diddle diddle the cat on the fiddle…and all that.

Don’t forget everyone, there’s only just over one week to go and you can all come to see us in the panto with all the special effects too!
