For this weekend Fishergate Shopping Centre have brought a Street Food Festival to Preston, with the event lasting through until Saturday evening.
The event began on Thursday and has a wide variety of different foods to be tasted from Indonesian to Italian with a variety of different things in between.
You can then sit and wash the food down with one of the many cocktails offered from the Beetle Juice Volkswagen Camper Van.

After talking with the different stall owners whether experienced or just starting out the passion for food stands.
Like the couple behind the Preston based pizza van Top That who have taught themselves how to make traditional Italian pizza. The delicious results are made in the stone bake oven housed inside the converted caravan.
Alternatively you could visit Ed at Wrapscallion who tries to mix his food and stray away from the traditional Mexican route having, started out with a wrap that contained roasted beetroot.
Although his experience from working in a Spanish restaurant led him to my personal favourite wrap containing chicken and chorizo.
There is also The Bali Beach Hut were you can get a taste of Indonesian food, the recipes learnt by the chef whilst growing up in Jakarta.
You can also gain a taste of Italian bruschetta from Bob’s Bruschetta who serve a tasty Spaghetti Bolognese.
