A new coffee shop has opened its doors in the centre of Preston.
AdvertisementHam and Jam is now serving in Lancaster Road within its grade II listed surroundings.
Richard Lowthian, owner, said the first full day of trading had gone well.

Tony Worrall popped in to take a look around and snapped some pictures of its impressive looking interior.
There’s some modern looking chairs and a pretty extensive menu by the look of the blackboards.
The cafe won the support of the Guild Merchant competition earlier in the year, with government funding for small businesses to be set up in the city centre.
