Top class snooker returns to Preston Guild Hall on Thursday as Ronnie O’Sullivan sweeps into town.

The Guild Hall has hosted UK and World Championships and is to play host to Snooker Legends.

From 7pm on Thursday fans will be able to see The Rocket take on Jimmy White.

O’Sullivan said: “I love Preston, I won my first UK Champs there in 93 and had a maxi there in the LG Cup as well, it’s a proper snooker venue.”

While White said: “I won the UK there as well, before him I may add! Seriously there is always a buzz when Ronnie is in town; this will be a hot ticket.”

Former World Champion Dennis Taylor will be performing trick shots and there’s also the chance for one audience member to partner White or O’Sullivan in a game of doubles.

Tickets start from £15 and are available online at the Guild Hall website.
