Police would like to speak to the man pictured

CCTV pictures have been released of a man wanted in connection with an assault outside a Preston city centre bar.

Preston Police would like to speak to the man pictured following an incident outside Yates Wine Lodge in Church Street.

It took place around 4.10am on Saturday 23 May when a man ran over to a 19-year-old student and punched him in the side of the neck.

The student fell to the floor and was knocked unconscious and was taken to Preston Royal Hospital.

Police would like to speak to the man pictured and would ask anyone with information to contact them on 101 quoting log number 0521 of May 23rd.
