Colourful characters from the screen and comics have been taking over the Guild Hall during Saturday.
Queues were stretching along the entrance to the venue as stormstroopers and Spiderman watched on.
Preston Comic Con returns for a second year and it looks like a bumper one for comic fans.
Paul Melling was down there to see the crowds making their way in and some great costumes.
