The properties stand in St Wilfrid Street next to Korova cafe Pic: Google
Three terraced properties in Preston city centre currently used as offices could be turned into student flats.
Up to 12 flats could be created in the St Wilfrid Street properties.
Plans lodged by Graham Anthony Associates, based in Garstang, show how the houses would be redesigned.
At this stage the plans are at prior notification stage – so full plans have still to be lodged.
The houses are next door to the Korova cafe and venue.
The current plans are available to view on the city council website.
Anyone wishing to comment can do so via the council website or by emailing devcon@preston.gov.uk quoting reference 06/2015/0560 by Sunday 9 August.
