Appeal: Help identify suspect after woman assaulted in Preston takeaway

Preston Police are appealing for your help in identifying a woman who is believed to have punched another woman in the face.

An 18 year old from Clifton is thought to have become involved in an altercation with the woman pictured at around 2am on May 25 in a takeaway on Church Street.

The victim was left with a swollen nose and mouth injuries.

PC Deborah Moran of Preston Police said: “We have CCTV images of a woman who we would like to trace in connection with the assault.

“I’d urge anyone with information about her identity or about the incident itself to get in touch on 01772 209802 quoting log number 459 of May 26th.”
