Climbing fans could be reaching higher and higher at a Preston leisure centre of extension plans are approved.
AdvertisementPreston City Council is applying to lift the height of its climbing tower at West View Leisure Centre from 10m to 15m.
Funding is not yet in place for the new climbing facilities but a council spokeswoman said it would cost between £350,000 to £400,000 for the new tower. This money would come from external funding.
