The Big Lunch comes to Ashton Park in Preston on Sunday June 7.

The Big Lunch is an annual family fun day and is hosted at various locations across the country, usually on the first Sunday in June. It is lottery funded and supported by Asda and Halifax. Since 2009 it’s has been to encourage communities to have lunch with their neighbour and in 2014 4.83 million people across the UK did just that.

Preston’s event is free of charge and will begin at 11am and see food, music and dance as well as bouncing castles and raffles.
