The Mighty Heart Theatre Company are bringing their latest show to Preston’s Korova Arts Café.

The Manchester-based team produce shows with a political or social core, and their latest project “When I feel like crap I Google Kim Kardashian Fat” features findings after interviewing over 150 women on “what it means to be a woman in a world obsessed with body image.”

The interviews of the self-identified women are including in the show, and carry a host of opinions from women aged between 16 and 90.

The company are looking to take the project to Edinburgh in 2016, as it focuses on self-esteem and looks at the views women have on about food guilt, career dieters, living with an eating disorder and the pressures brought by social media.

The project will be in Preston on Thursday April 23 and Saturday April 25 at 8pm and 7.30pm respectively.
