More than 160 businesses are going to be showing off their skills at the biggest business event in Lancashire this year.
AdvertisementPreston Guild Hall is taken over on Friday 17 April by the Lancashire Business Expo.
Organisers say 2,000 visitors have already registered to take a look around the event.
Ian Coupe, from Shout Network who are behind the event, said: We’ve been genuinely overwhelmed by the response to the expo and truly believe this will be the biggest business event to hit Lancashire in years.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for organisations to network and promote their products and services in a vibrant and professional environment. We want this to become Lancashire’s annual business event and have already set a date for next year’s Lancashire Business Expo, which we will announce at this year’s event.”
A giant Twitter wall is being installed on the Guild Hall stage for the event allowing visitors to see what conversations are happenng about the event.
A food court is also being set up within the Guild Hall’s foyer serving a wide selection of food and drinks to visitors.
Key speakers at the event including Marketing Lancashire, Preston City Council and Preston’s College.
