Hundreds of runners had a splash of paint thrown at them to brighten up their Saturday during Preston’s first ever Color Run.
Taking in a 5km route around the UCLan Sports Arena in Tom Benson Way the run raised money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
The race took place from 10.30am on Saturday as runners were pelted with paint as they took on the route.
Cities across England have held Color Runs and they are growing in popularity.
